Job Summary | The Operations Specialist provides operational support for, oversees the day-to-day operations of, and serves as the first point of contact for the office of International Services for Students and Scholars (ISSS), and provides secondary support to the Office of International Programs (OIP). The Specialist also provides triage of student immigration issues and handles multiple issues and concerns as they arise from students, staff, faculty, administrative offices and, on occasion, parents and families. |
Minimum Qualifications | High School/Equivalent and three or more years of experience in a related setting. Relevant combinations of education, training and experience may be considered. |
Preferred Qualifications | Experience in Higher Education processes related to international services, students, and scholars. |

Job Summary | The Operations Specialist supports and executes data entry for the Institute Advancement constituent data system. The operations specialist works with a team to maintain the integrity of entity records. |
